Seven Injured As Roof Ripped Off London Bus

    Seven people have been injured after a London double-decker bus crashed into a bridge. The roof was sliced off in the incident, which happened in Norwood, south London, at around 9.15pm on Saturday. A hazardous response team, two ambulances, two medical response cars and a duty manager were called out. The seven injured people are understood to have been sitting on the top deck of the 197 service heading to Peckham. Four of them were taken to Croydon University Hospital with minor injuries. A spokesman for London Ambulance Service said one woman with neck pain was given a collar and put on a board as a precaution. German police puts aggressive squirrel behind bars

    An aggressive squirrel was 'arrested' by the German police after a woman complained that the rodent was following her around, reports NDTV. According to the report, the police received an unusual emergency call from a young woman in Bottrop in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), complaining that while walking down the street in the West German city, she found herself being chased by the squirrel. Unable to shake the animal off, she eventually called the police for help and an officer was quick to come to her aid. After capturing the rodent, officers brought it back to the station, where it was discovered that the animal was showing symptoms of exhaustion, local reported.
