Unlike most teens, the First Daughter comes to work at Nancy’s seafood restaurant on Martha’s Vineyard accompanied by a half-dozen Secret Service agents.
The guards hang out until she’s done with a four-hour shift that includes bussing tables, doing prep work and manning the takeout window.
“We were wondering why there were six people helping this girl,” a waiter at the restaurant in Oak Bluffs told the Boston Herald, “but then we found out who it was.”
Adding a layer of confusion: Sasha, who’s grown up in the White House for the past eight years, is going by her full name Natasha (yes, that’s her real name) while on the job.
The 350-seat restaurant is a go-to spot for the Obamas during their annual getaway to the Vineyard. The Obamas are reportedly friends with the owner.

The summer job will reportedly end on Saturday, when her parents arrive for their two-week vacation.
The Obamas have tried to make their children’s lives as normal as possible. Sasha’s big sister Malia will study at Harvard next year, and last summer, she interned on the set of HBO’s hit series “Girls.”
