New BMW X2 concept

Presented at the 2016 Paris Motor Show, the BMW X2 Concept is a new addition to the long list of opinion dividing SUV designs by the German marque. Following in the footsteps of the X6, the X2 is a compact SUV with a coupe inspired roofline and rakish front end that showcases a headlight treatment that has become the mainstay of the current generation BMW SUVs. That and the marketing jargon spouted by BMW PR gives out strong hints that the X2 will definitely make it into production, most likely as a slot-in between the X1 and X3. Product diversification is good, but dividing ranges this thin already can’t be a great idea, can it?

If your husband cheated then what to do

You saw the signs. You've assessed the damage. Maybe you even know why your husband strayed. Now, you're dealing with the fact that, yeah, he committed the ultimate act of infidelity, and maybe he even owned up to it. While you might be tempted to throw your wedding band out the window, don't - there could be a happy ending to your tragedy. Don't freak out You shouldn't act out, Laurie Watson, sex and relationship therapist and host of the podcast Foreplay, says, meaning: You shouldn't tell your kids or everyone you know that your spouse cheated. Instead, she says, you need to take some time to figure out what everything means - because it doesn't necessarily mean divorce. World’s longest reigning monarch Thailand’s King Bhumibol dies at 88

King Bhumibol Adulyadej, who died peacefully on Thursday, was the world's longest-reigning monarch, credited with restoring the influence of Thailand's royalty during 70 years on the throne and earning the devotion of many of his subjects. For the majority of the country's 68 million people, the king was a pillar of stability in rapidly changing times - Thailand embraced industrialisation during his reign but also saw its parliamentary democracy punctuated by 10 military coups, the most recent in May 2014. King Bhumibol, who ascended the throne on June 9, 1946, was seen as a force for unity, and there have long been concerns that the political tensions that have riven Thailand over the past decade could worsen after his death. That may be less likely under the regime of th...

The second independence referendum bill for Scotland reveals Nicola Sturgeon

A Bill for a second independence referendum will be published by the Scottish Government within days, Nicola Sturgeon has announced. The First Minister said the move is necessary so Scots can reconsider the issue in light of the vote for Brexit and "to do so before the UK leaves the EU". She told delegates at the SNP conference in Glasgow that an Independence Referendum Bill is to be published for consultation by her Government next week. She also used her opening speech to send a firm message to UK Prime Minister Theresa May, telling her: "If you think for one single second that I'm not serious about doing what it takes to protect Scotland's interests, then think again. "If you can't - or won't - allow us to protect our interests within the UK, then Scotland will have the...

Mr Smith has also been banned from taking on similar roles within regulated firms in the UK. Sonali is the only UK-based Bangladeshi bank and had 85,625 customers registered to send money overseas in 2014. It has around 2,500 customer accounts in Britain and offices in London, Birmingham and Bradford. The FCA said Sonali failed to have proper anti-money laundering systems in place for nearly four years from August 2010 to July 2014, despite having been warned about weaknesses in its controls. It said: "The FCA found serious and ...
