Prince William inaugurates new hospital for patients with coronary heart disease

Prince William, the grandson of Queen Elizabeth, has inaugurated a new hospital for coronary heart disease, which was built in just eight days at the exhibition center in Birmingham, the second largest city in Britain. The hospital is the second of seven to be built in England to help tackle the pandemic of the new serious virus, which has so far killed nearly 13,000 people in Britain. The hospital has a capacity of 500 beds, which can be increased to 1,500. Its construction involved 400 foreign associates, military personnel and about 500 members of the nursing and medical staff.
