    Eitam Lachover was filming a segment about a company designing the vests when he decided to be part of the demonstration. The Channel 1 reporter had agreed to test the hardware, to prove the importance of the gear, but ended up injured. In a statement to Israeli paper The Globes, the company said Lachover suffered the injury only because he “moved” during the take. “The knife did not penetrate the vest. The reporter moved during the demonstration, and the stabber missed the vest. The reporter was stabbed slightly above the vest,” the company said.     Widespread Frost As The UK Braces Itself For Severe Cold Weather There is a big change on the way for Britain's weather, which has seen exceptionally mild conditions recently. Next week, a north to north-westerly flow will develop taking Arctic air across the UK, making it feel much colder than recently and more like winter. From next Wednesday, daytime temperatures will fall to below the seasonal average, ranging from freezing in parts of the north to 5°C in the south. Overnight frosts can be expected, too, with the risk of ice and freezing fog. The change in temperature will also bring much drier conditions, with high pressure close to the UK.     A hydrogen bomb test which North Korea claimed it has conducted is a "provocation" and a "grave breach" of UN Security Council resolutions, Philip Hammond said. The Foreign Secretary said he condemns without reservation the move, which the country announced in a state broadcast. An announcer described the test, the first since 2013, as a "perfect success". Mr Hammond, who is currently on an official visit to China, tweeted: "If North Korean H-bomb test reports are true, it is a grave breach of UNSC resolutions & a provocation which I condemn without reservation."     The number of foreigners living in Britain has passed seven million for the first time after net immigration rose by a fifth. There was a 21 per cent increase in the net flow of migrants to the UK while the number of those leaving hit a six-year low. Residents born overseas account for one in eight people after hitting 7,040,000 last year, according to the Office for National Statistics. Some 239,000 more people moved here during 2010 than left, the fourth highest level on record, and a record one in four births were to foreign-born mothers.
