Khan was accused of killing a blackbuck and a chinkara in two separate incidents in 1998. The actor had appealed to the Rajasthan high court challenging a lower court's verdict that convicted him and sentenced him to one and five years in jail for the two cases of poaching.     An Indian Air Force plane with 29 people on board today went missing in the Bay of Bengal while flying from southern city of Chennai to Port Blair in Andaman and Nicobar Islands. The Permanent Court of Arbitration said there was no evidence that China had historically exercised exclusive control over the waters or resources.
