The suspect was arrested by Kent Police in the port area under the Terrorism Act on Saturday morning. He remains in custody at a local police station and will be transferred to London in due course. Mr. Osborne told colleagues at the Evening Standard that he will not rest until Theresa May is chopped up in bags in my freezer, according to a profile of the former chancellor. Osborne, now editor of the Evening Standard, is said by Esquire magazine to have mentioned the phrase to more than one person at the London newspaper.
