Cundalls, the estate agent which handled the sale, announced on Wednesday that Albanwise Ltd, a real investment company, had bought the West Heslerton Estate near the town of Malton. Cundalls received substantial interest in the sale of West Heslerton Estate and a number of offers in excess of the guide price were received with an offer from Albanwise Ltd being the successful purchaser, Tom Watson, the acting agent said in a statement.
