London could be hit by thunder storms over the coming days, with forecasters also warning gales could arrive by next week.

he capital will be lashed by showers on Friday, with the unsettled autumn weather continuing over the weekend.
After a bright start to Saturday, the wet weather will return, with thunder storms possible, according the Met Office.
Meanwhile, by Sunday afternoon the wind will pick up, and gales could hit the capital on Monday.
Forecaster Steven Keates told the Standard: We’re looking at autumnal, unsettled and changeable weather over the coming days.
There will be a lot of cloud around today, with outbreaks of rain for much of the day, a bit on the breezy side.
There will be some dry periods but definitely a day to keep your umbrella with you. Temperatures will peak at around 18 or 19C.
It will be drier for much of the overnight period, with clear spells and staying on the breezy side.
He added: Saturday will be a day of sunshine and showers, quite nice first thing but through the afternoon there will be showers with the possibility of the occasional rumble of thunder around.
Temperatures will be 19 or 20C. It will be dry on Saturday night but on the chilly side, around 7 or 8C.
Sunday will follow a similar pattern to Saturday, with a sunny start being followed by rain and strong winds in afternoon, which could become gales by Monday.
Mr Keates said: On Sunday it will be another bright start to the day, but again there will be rain in the afternoon, and it will be windy the windiest weather of the autumn so far. There will be highs of 19C.
The situation remains quite unsettled into next week. Monday is going to be a very windy day, with potential for gales.
