
Revellers were reportedly seen fleeing to safety after a fire broke out at a pub in Euston.
London Fire Brigade sent ten fire engine to the Somers Town Coffee House pub on Chalton Street, Euston, after the roof and first floor of the building set alight.
Images of the area showed huge plumes of smoke billowing into the air over the busy street.
Unknown as to whether any casualties as yet. Extensive road closures in place drivers please avoid area.
Half of the roof and part of the first floor are alight. The Brigade was called at 8.06pm. Fire crews from Soho, Islington, Kentish Town, Shoreditch and surrounding fire stations are at the scene.
The cause of the fire is not known at this stage.
