Extravagance and Royalty The Richest Muslim Women in the World

Most people associate wealth with men, especially in the Middle East. Wealth comes in a variety of forms, such as ownership and acquisition of land, resources, and property. Some people have the luxury of being born with a silver spoon in their mouths, and some individuals work their way up to the top. These Muslim women have had the pleasure of doing all of these things, and if you were not aware of who these women are, then take a look. Rasha Said is the daughter of billionaire Wafic Said. Rasha is one such individual born into wealth and her family has a net worth estimated to be $1.5 billion. She is the CEO of Toucan, which is a digital company designed for entrepreneurs. Tower Hamlets bus route would changes

A consultation on the plans has opened and is set to run until September. Two options have been put forward for rerouting the 115 between Commercial Road and Aldgate, allowing it to call at Whitechapel station. Option one is via Jubilee Street, Stepney Way, Sidney Street and Whitechapel Road in both directions. Option two is the same as option one but running via Stepney Way westbound only and Ashfield Street eastbound. Another plan sees route 25, which runs from Ilford to Oxford Circus via Aldgate, Whitechapel and Mile End, run only as far as Holborn. EU Brexit negotiator slaps down Boris Johnson after comments

The European Commission's chief Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier has slapped down Boris Johnson's over his claim that EU leaders could go whistle. I'm not hearing any whistling. Just the clock ticking, said Mr Barnier. Speaking at a press conference in Brussels, he warned that Britain would indeed need to foot a divorce bill as it heads for the EU's door. As negotiations go on, Britain must also make sufficient progress on issues such as citizens' rights and the Irish border before a trade deal is reached, he said. The rebuke comes after the Foreign Secretary was slammed yesterday as arrogant and silly for his suggestions to the House of Commons that EU leaders could simply be brushed off. Jeremy Corbyn was swift to pour scorn on Mr Johnson, saying: I think it is ridiculou...

Long his father’s attack dog: Trump Jr. now in eye of storm

Donald Trump Jr. has long been his father's id, the brawler who has helped fuel the president's pugilistic instincts and stood firm as one of his fiercest defenders. Now the president's eldest son is at the center of the firestorm over Russian connections swirling around his father's administration and trying to fight off charges that he was open to colluding with Moscow to defeat Hillary Clinton. Offered Russian help in defeating Hillary Clinton last year, Don Jr. jumped at the offer: I love it, he emailed. That was in an email chain the younger Trump released Tuesday in which an associate arranging a June 2016 meeting between the president's son and a Kremlin-linked lawyer promised damaging information about Clinton. Earlier this week, when news about the meeting first s...

Bengali cab driver jailed for the rape of a woman passenger in his car

A taxi driver who raped vulnerable women after they fell asleep in his car had been sentenced to 12 years in jail. Jahir Hussain, 37, pleaded guilty in May to assaulting three women who got into his car in the early hours of the morning. Hussain, from east London, was registered to work as a mini-cab driver but was not actually working when he picked up his victims. On October 21 Hussain picked up his first victim a 23 year old woman in the Old Street area as she made her way home. She fell asleep and woke up to find Hussain in the back of the car with her, and that he had cut off her clothing. He repeatedly attacked the victim before driving her home. On December 2 December Hussain was again in Old Street at 2am when a 31-year-old woman asked him if he was her pre-booked ...
